Details: The house is in the Guiones Beach Club which is the only gated community adjacent to the beach in Playa Guiones or in the area!It has a private entrance to the beach, as well as a guard house to allow only homeowners and renters into the community. For added security, the guards make regular rounds at night. 3 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, while 2 bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. All of the bathrooms have rain showers. There is a 7 foot deep wave shaped pool which most everyone loves because it stays cool in the heat of the day! The back of the home has a breathtaking view of the mountains in the distance while still only being 8 minute walk(2 byATV) to the beach! Each bedroom comes equipped with a digital safe.Lastly there is an 8 foot tall security/privacy wall with gated entrances so you will not be bothered by unwanted visitors
The house will run from Saturday, March 14th to Saturday, March 28th. Spots will be sold on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The house is located in the Nosara region, specifically Playa Guiones, which is the epicenter for surf and yoga in all of Costa Rica. The house is walking distance or a short ATV ride to both the beach for surfing and town where you can do all your shopping. Bottom line, the house is conveniently located in the heart of Playa Guiones. It has all the amenities you desire and real close to the famed Bodhi Tree Hotel. You couldn't ask for more perfect accommodations to spend your winter vacay.

Rates:
Week 1 : March 14-21 runs from Saturday to Saturday for $675 per person for 2 queen bedroom shared with 1 other person. Option 2:: $500 per person if you want the bunk bed room shared with 3 others.
Week 2: March 21-28 runs from Saturday to Sunday. Same pricing structures as week 1.
Helpful Suggestions: Because the last 6 years were such a success, I do advise you all to put down a deposit as soon as you can to secure your place, because I do think the spots will go quick. All I'm asking for is a $300 deposit, then go ahead and book your flights so you can get a reasonable rate.
Pricing Notes:
1) You can get a shuttle from Liberia to the house for $25-$30 if you all fly together. I can arrange that for you.
2) Please be paid in full by February 15th

4) Rental fee does not include flight and must be booked separately.
