We started this blog when we realized that there are a lot of recovering alcoholics and addicts that live in New York City and need some direction and guidance in such an overwhelming city. My name is Brandon and as of October 29th, 2019 I have 9 months without taking a drink or a drug.

It has been a long road and have been using substances since I was 13 years old. From taking my first drink to smoking weed to sniffing heroin. This blog is about my path and other recovering addicts/alcoholics journeys in recovery.

Now that I am clean and sober for a little bit of time and my head is clearing up, I discovered my passion for helping others that are in the same situation as myself.
